- Severe headache, confusion, slurred speech, arm or leg weakness, trouble walking, loss of coordination, feeling unsteady, very stiff muscles, high fever, profuse sweating, or tremors.
- Serious eye symptoms such as sudden vision loss, blurred vision, tunnel vision, eye pain or swelling, or seeing halos around lights.
- Serious heart symptoms such as fast, irregular, or pounding heartbeats; fluttering in the chest; shortness of breath; sudden dizziness, lightheartedness, or passing out.

Tinea corporis/tinea cruris: Topical:
- Cream 1% and 2%, gel 1%: Apply to affected and surrounding area(s) once daily (cream) or twice daily (gel) until clinical resolution, typically 1 to 4 weeks; resolution may be faster with 2% cream
Tinea cruris and pedis
Pediatric dosage
- Apply to affected and surrounding area(s) once daily (cream and 2% gel) or twice daily (1% gel) until 1 week after the clinical resolution, typically for 2 to 4 weeks total; resolution may be faster with 2% formulations
