Ophthalmic Solution
- 0.012%/0.25%/0.25%
Dosage Considerations – Should be Given as Follows:
Ocular Vasoconstrictor/Decongestant
- Temporary relief of ocular redness caused by irritation and relief of burning or irritation caused by dry eyes
- 1-2 drops to the affected eye every 3-4 hours up to four times daily as needed
- Not to exceed 72 hours of use

Side effects of naphazoline/zinc sulfate/glycerin ophthalmic include:
- Blurred vision
- Mild temporary stinging and/or irritation
- Dilated pupils
- Increased or decreased intraocular pressure
- Headache
